Pan Seared Burrito

A cooking idea from Hunter and his college roommates: Buy the burrito sized tortillas from the store. Get all of your favorite burrito ingredients together.  Stuff your burrito and roll it like so.  Put some olive oil or butter in a skillet.  Sear your burrito a few minutes on each side so it is crispy. 

How have I never tried this before?  This will not compare to Freebirds but is the best I can do in my current location.
