Workout Music

Want to be able to walk longer, run faster, lift more, or be able to focus on something aside from how long you have left before you can stop? Listen to music! 

It is all about the appropriate BPM. I don't have as much time to build the perfect workout playlist anymore, so I rely on Pandora's Workout Mixes.  I have tested out hard rock strength training and dance cardio.  Both good stuff! All free.  Limited commercials.  DO IT!

According to the Pandora blog, you can choose from:
