Virtual 5K Complete
I was able to complete my first virtual race. I participated in the Welcome to Summer Virtual Run 5K. We braved Tropical Depression Debby for this one.
Distance: 3.1 Miles
Time: 35:10
Pace :11:20
Average Heart Rate: 172 (I'm serious)
Winner: Wyatt by a stroller length
To anyone else participating, there is only one day left! Now I am off to enjoy the rest of the weekend and brag about my not awesome pace.

Which b.o.b. stroller is that?? Looking into them now:)
This is the BOB Sport Utility Stroller. http://www.bobgear.com/sportutilitystroller The front wheel does not pivot like the Revolution does, so is not for strolling around town necessarily, but is great for running and walking on bumpy, gravel roads. We really like it!
